Macro, schmacro - Photo Quest 9
The macro setting has to be the single most used setting on my camera. There is always a macro version of all photos I take; its amazing, the things that show up. These are the things the camera found in our living room.
All the pictures were taken in natural light, no flash. I had written down the shutter speed, lens aperture and that kind of thing on a scrap of paper, but I lost it.

hope you get some sleep today. for once, i was able to sleep from 9 pm til 5:40 am. i'm not going to let myself nap this morning. i have grand ambitions-- hit the gym, go shopping, watch a movie, study....

Accidental discoveries - what could be better? I once found an empty, addressed envelope in a highschool yearbook from the 1920's.
The blood oranges are magnificent - when I went on and on counting the different colors within a square inch, I knew I was looking at something special.

And I need to stop using italics and capitals for emphasis.
